We are currently looking for a Part-Time HR Officer to join our team in Luxembourg, to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
Administrate HR processes: payroll, time management, staff entry and exit related actions
Ensure that all office needs are satisfied and that the necessary conditions and materials are available.
Provide administrative assistance to all managers and teams
Provide statistics and reports
Manage benefits
Maintain personnel files and HRIS
