Digital Catalogue Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Creating product catalogues in all markets (DE/UK/FR/IT/ES/US/TR)
• Uploading new references on Amazon (ASIN creation)
• Auditing, maintaining, harmonizing catalogues across all markets
• Engaging communication with Amazon to solve item setup issues

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree
• You can demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• EU working permit

• You are a zealous and precise person who pays strong attention to detail
• Beside English, you know one or more additional languages among German, French, Spanish and Italian
• You are able to maintain focus when working on a large and diversified amount of data
• You have a vocation for understanding your customers’ needs and identifying appropriate action to be taken
• You possess strong time management skills, and are able to organize your work independently to meet your team’s goals
• You have an attitude to problem-solving and lateral thinking
• You are able to clearly and efficiently communicate with customers/colleagues, and ensure a successful cooperation
• You have a flexible mind and are quick to learn new procedures and approaches
