Senior Project Manager - Trading activities

Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The Senior Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success
• Coordinate the work of project team members and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
• Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• English and French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage

The Senior Project Manager will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Fund Industry club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Fund industry topics. As a senior consultant, the Senior Project Manager will support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in project management or in related work within financial market trading activities

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• English and French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage
