Our team specializes in offering a unique service tailored to fund managers. We provide them with expert support to facilitate the global expansion of their funds.
Our primary goal is to become the initial point of contact for our clients when they contemplate marketing their funds internationally. We aim to be their trusted external experts, well-versed in their funds, cross-border registrations, and ongoing compliance with distribution regulations. We achieve this by assisting fund managers with the requirements for entering target markets and ensuring efficient and compliant registrations.
In addition to registration support, we keep our clients informed about regulatory changes, and market expectations, and offer ad hoc advice on market strategies. This knowledge and our strong client relationships allow fund managers to rely on us to meet legal requirements in foreign markets and position themselves for profitability in their chosen markets.
Your key responsibilities as a Client Manager will include:
- You will independently manage and achieve targets for multiple clients
- You should oversee the maintenance of legal offering documents for funds in various markets
- You coordinate updates to Fund Prospectuses, and handle the publication/local filing of Prospectuses and KIDs in different jurisdictions
- You will manage local supplements when required
- You should facilitate client requests for market access, from proposal to compliance
- You can cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities and issues
- You ought to collaborate with third-party partners and contribute to GFR projects as necessary
- You assist in maintaining procedure notes and performing administrative tasks

- You possess strong time-management abilities and can prioritize tasks effectively
- You are a creative problem solver and team player with a proactive attitude
- You exhibit proficiency in Outlook 365 and are comfortable hosting meetings
- You are eager to learn, collaborate, and build strong relationships with clients and third parties
