Our Delta team is looking for a PM/ BA to help and support one of our clients.
The PM/BA will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex projects related to Securities Lending and OTC Derivatives, from planning phase to implementation.
- Analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide informed leadership on best practices and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Securities Lending and OTC Derivatives, with a deep understanding of associated processes and regulations.
- Advanced project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational
- Knowledge of BI tools (eg : SAP BI / Power BI )
- University degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage
