Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Our Delta team is looking for a PM/ BA to help and support one of our clients.

The PM/BA will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate complex projects related to Securities Lending and OTC Derivatives, from planning phase to implementation.
• Analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide informed leadership on best practices and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst role, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Lending and OTC Derivatives, with a deep understanding of associated processes and regulations.
• Advanced project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational
• Knowledge of BI tools (eg : SAP BI / Power BI )
• University degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage
