OurDelta Technologyteam is looking for a Tech Lead Developer PHPto help and support one of our clients.
Within one of the IT development teams, you will contribute to the functional and technical analysis and Lead/participate in the development of application solutions. Your polyvalency must allow you to intervene on different technical subjects. Your autonomy and your pragmatism allow you to deliver applications in line with customer needs, both in terms of solution and deadline. As Technical Lead of the team, you’ll review and provide load estimations and you’ll be accountable for deliveries on time, on quality and on budget.
The Tech Lead Developer PHP will have the following responsibilities:
o Lead/Supervise the implementation of projects (costing, deadlines, quality, budget, risks, alerts).
o Participate in the conception of functionnal amp; technical specifications.
o Provide clear schemas of solutions, plan and milestones.
o Develop applications according to IT standards and shares good practices with developpers.
o Be the team leader for its project/team.
o Work closely with your manager in order to develop the team members.
o Ensure, with the team, the support amp; maintenance for his scope of applications.
Requirements
o Senior PHP developer with a minimum of 7 years in PHP.
o Strong experiences in the development of complex applications with the Symfony framework.
o Previous missions using VueJS, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Splunk, Jira, Confluence.
o Significant experience in large volume databases requiring high level of performance.
o Knowledge in ElasticSearch, MongoDb will be a plus
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Sense of responsabilities and focus on customer deliveries.
o Great verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
o Force of proposal, ability to balance the long-term and short-term implications of individual decision.
o Ability to work under pressure considering hard deadlines and incident support activity.
o Strong communication skills to manage the relations in the team and with the team.
o Participation on the continuous improvements of our solutions and processes
o Knowledge in the fund industry will be an asset.
o Fluent in French and English
