Our team is looking for: Client Support Tax to help and support one of our clients.
The Client Support Tax will have the following responsibilities:
- Data Capturing amp; Provision to the relevant Service Provider
- Monitoring of the Service Provider regarding timing and quality
- Responsible UAT Tester
- Output Management regarding the final Tax reports
- First Level Support regarding Tax Questions for CRMs and Clients
- Supporter for the Service Responsible Officer
- Processing and recording of Tax Reclaims from A to Z (Data Capturing, Document Management
- Request for Reclaim, Payment Monitoring, Payment to the Client)
- Initiation of new projects, incl. project organization setup and processing incl. documentation
- Provide support in Terms of Payment releases for incoming and outgoing payments
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline or relevant working experience in a client/payment services department
- German is mandatory, and proficiency in FATCA/CRS
- Ability to adapt new tasks, regulatory and IT environment
- Fluent in German and English, French is considered as an additional benefit
- Excellent skills with respect to MS Office
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of responsibility and to work independently
- Good communication skills, out- and inwardly, pro-active attitude, service oriented and positive minded
