IT Security Specialist (Access Management)

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Security Specialist (Access Management) to join our UniQue team.

As a member of the IT Security Team (Identity and Access Management domain), you will provide technical expertise covering the various Authentication, Authorization, and Governance components across the AM enterprise platform. As a key contributor and member of the ITsec team, you will contribute to the execution of the IAM project in the context of the Cyber Resilience Program.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Collaborate with Security teams, technical teams, and application owners to implement AM strategy based on the project's Security objectives
• Work closely with the vendor to implement and customize AM tools as per organizational needs and based on a Risk approach
• Challenge and Validate the Access Control approach in order to implement the most appropriate authentication mechanisms for applications and systems
• Test and validate the implementation of Access Management mechanisms (SSO, MFA, etc.) with existing web and legacy applications, and On-premise and SaaS platforms
• Troubleshoot and Resolve issues related to access management
• Maintain AM processes, procedures, and technical documentation
• Participate in AM audits and Review access control reports to identify potential risks
• Configure, Test, and Deploy new integrations and functionalities
• Support and train end-users

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• At least 9 years experience as an IT Security Specialist
• At least 3 years of experience in Access Management tools and technologies
• Working experience with Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Linux, Unix, Windows / Microsoft OS, OAuth, RESTful API, SAML and SSO
• In-depth knowledge of access control systems, identity management, and authentication protocols
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficiency in implementing and managing AM solutions
• Good knowledge and understanding of applications and security
• Good knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) techniques and of Context-Aware AM techniques (location, Risk profile)
• Good understanding of federated protocols such as SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
• Good Knowledge of Kerberos and Windows access mechanisms
• Experience in administration, installation, and troubleshooting of AM solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are highly desirable
• Fluency in English and French both written and spoken is mandatory
• A good level of Luxembourgish or German is considered an asset
