Program Manager for Cloud Readiness Program

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Interact with the business areas involved in the Value Delivery Streams(IT Services, Compliance, Procurement, Security, ) in order tocoordinate Cloud Adoption activities, disseminate and promote the cloudculture, and meet Cloud Strategy expectations.
• Coordinate, advice, support and monitor Value Delivery Streams with thesponsoring business areas and Value Delivery Streams Coordinators.
• Work closely with stakeholders and support them from inception phase todelivery phase, in order to deliver the expected processes, guidelines,standards.
• Ensure that Value Delivery Streams produce the agreed deliverables andexpected outcomes with the required quality.
• Mitigate Value Delivery Streams related risks, oversee dependencies andsupport the production of the report status to the steering bodies.
• Participate in the analyses of the existing business applications andCloud platform technical requirements to ensure that functional,technical, and application migration changes adhere to global technologystandard.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience project/program manager (Senior)
• Cloud Assessment Minimum 7-9 years of experience (advanced)
• Cloud Market Minimum 7-9 years of experience (advanced)
• Cloud Technologies Minimum 4-6 years of experience (intermediate)
• Project Management Minimum 10 years of experience (expert)
• Saas Minimum 7-9 years of experience (advanced)
• Stakeholder Management Minimum 7-9 years of experience (advanced)
• Significant experience in cloud project/program management
• Good knowledge of the cloud technologies, concepts, principles andcloud attention points to address (i.e exit plan, cost evaluation, contractaspect, GDRP).
• Understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with cloudbased projects, with cloud adoption process/approach and ability toaddress them.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools andtechniques, from inception phase to running phase.
• Knowledge and experience of the SaaS/Cloud market and of current public and hybrid cloud solutions and the underlying topics astechnologies, legal, procurement.
• Ability to articulate and present complex problems and solutions in asimple, logical, and powerful manner, and adjust communication to the target audience.
• Proactivity and autonomy, with a facilitator posture.
• Fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory.
• Project management certification would be considered as a distinct asset.
• Cloud certification would be considered as a distinct asset.
