Senior Project Manger

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg!

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project.
• Ensure that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded
• Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects (typically with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies).
• Ensure that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained.
• Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Hold a Bachelor degree or equivalents
• Have at least 7 years of experience in IT
• Hold one of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PRINCE2, or similar.
• Possess experience with software development projects
• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices for IT service management
• Considered an advantage to have Opentext or Document System Management Experience
• Proficiency of English language at C1 level
