We are looking for a Talent Acquisition intern to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will work closely with our team to support the recruitment of exceptional talents who will contribute to the growth and success of Delta Consulting Company. You will have the opportunity to learn recruitment best practices, participate in exciting projects, and develop your talent acquisition skills.
The Talent Acquisition intern will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
- Participate in screening applicants and managing interviews.
- Contribute to the management of recruitment processes, from posting job openings to final offers.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies and internal processes.
- Attend meetings and training related to recruitment.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives.

Requirements
